We were delighted to welcome our esteemed client Mr Teddy, to visit our factory of Jiangxi Mingchen New Materials Co., Ltd locates at 5# Building, The North Area of Shangyou Industrial Park, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province which manufactures fiberglass tape manufacturing facility on May 20, 2025. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our advanced production processes, stringent quality control measures, and commitment to sustainability in fiberglass textile manufacturing.
The visit began with a comprehensive tour of our production floor, where the client observed the entire manufacturing process—from raw material selection to weaving, coating, and final inspection. Our team highlighted the precision behind our high-speed looms and custom coating systems, which ensure consistent strength, heat resistance, and durability in every roll of fiberglass tape. Special emphasis was placed on our R&D innovations, including flame-retardant and high-tensile variants tailored to industrial applications.
A key focus was our ISO-certified quality control lab, where clients witnessed rigorous testing for abrasion resistance, adhesion, and thermal stability. Discussions also covered our ability to customize tape dimensions, coatings, and packaging to meet specific project requirements—whether for aerospace, construction, or electrical insulation.
The visit concluded with a roundtable meeting, where both teams exchanged insights on market trends and future collaborations. We’re impressed by the facility’s automation and flexibility in handling bespoke orders. This visit solidifies our confidence in factory capabilities as a long-term partner.
